The problem
A good browsing experience over film data is really a UI/UX problem: making a large catalogue feel fast and legible.
Approach
A Next.js + TypeScript front end over an IMDb data source, tuned for speed and a clean reading layout.
Securing it
Honest note: this is a read-only browser over public film data, so there's no meaningful security surface beyond keeping the data-source API key server-side — stated plainly rather than dressed up.
